AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales in the Scott Depot, WV area. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, participate in merchandising, and lead promotional activities to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will partner with the store manager to achieve objectives, manage events, and help train staff for leadership success and career growth.

Competenze

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
