You will analyze daily sales, control inventory, handle cash, and ensure a safe, clean store environment. Experience in retail preferred; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• English communication (oral/written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and development.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Promote service quality and timely handling of customer complaints.
• Provide ongoing performance appraisals and feedback to staff.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all staff and Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reporting accuracy and timeliness for staff and store operations.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively and priced correctly.
• Post employment posters and notices where accessible.
