Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-2 Regular to lead the daily operations of a retail store in Billings, MT. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

You’ll participate in promotions and off-site events, with best-in-class training to ensure leadership success. Our top Store Managers combine excellent communication and leadership, with 3+ years in sales or customer experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Engage in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
