At Home is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all operational, financial, and team functions in a large-format retail setting in Charleston. The role focuses on driving performance, building high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, execute operational excellence, and foster teamwork and accountability. Minimum leadership experience in high-volume retail is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Proven track record leading teams of 20+ members and managing $5M+ revenue/budget.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong in-store experience.
• Integrity, reliability, and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations to achieve sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength and succession plans.
• Drive efficiency through coaching, training, and development; support internal career growth.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
• Uphold operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, safety, and customer experience.
• Lead staffing to labor models, scheduling, and payroll; drive efficiency.
• Address team and customer concerns with urgency and integrity.
• Leverage store metrics to inform strategy and improve loyalty and credit performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
