Job summary

True Religion is seeking a Store Manager for The Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Kentucky. You will lead daily operations to maximize sales, manage payroll, shrink, and inventory while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a talented team, ensuring brand presentation and visual standards are maintained. The role requires flexibility, weekend/evening availability, and a focus on operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning retail systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Results: Own all store KPIs, including sales, payroll, shrink, and profitability.
• Lead & Communicate Effectively: Set clear expectations, communicate priorities consistently, and foster an open environment.
• Inspire & Develop Teams: Lead by example, motivate through positive energy and integrity, and create a culture of recognition and accountability.
• Plan & Execute: Plan staffing, scheduling, and workload to deliver results.
• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Identify root causes, resolve challenges, and safeguard assets in partnership with Loss Prevention.
• Build & Retain Talent: Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion selling culture with service standards and coaching.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure policy execution, payroll controls, and MOD standards.
• Visual & Inventory Leadership: Uphold visual merchandising and keep sales floor/stockroom organized.
• Other assigned tasks as needed
