True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to support the Store Manager in driving sales and operational excellence on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, manage daily tasks, and maintain brand standards while ensuring a great customer experience and strong store performance. This full-time role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in a retail supervisory or management role within fashion or specialty retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs including sales, payroll and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
