Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Kentucky. You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance through sales execution, operations, and customer experience, while leading on the floor and coaching associates.

In this role you will manage daily workload, scheduling, payroll controls, and visual/inventory standards, stepping in as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience driving store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with retail systems and technology.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink; maintain operational and visual standards.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty, setting expectations and guiding shifts.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to meet business needs.
• Address issues in real time and support loss prevention and safety practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by modeling brand-right behaviors and selling effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy; ensure a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
