Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity while meeting payroll budgets.
• Lead development and coaching of managers and associates for performance growth.
• Ensure guest engagement and service standards are consistently delivered.
