Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and manage labor and expenses effectively.
• Promote the store’s membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff and managers.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to SOPs.
