Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cash and deposits with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow work processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, restocking and building displays.
• Maintain inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining planograms; ensure merchandise is presented as directed.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits, and cash control procedures.
