Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record of leadership and coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop associates and drive results.
• Wlexibility to work a 50-hour week with varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and displays to optimize sales.
• Lead and coach associates; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Hire, train, and develop team; manage disciplinary matters.
• Ensure customer engagement and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits, cash handling, and operational efficiency.
