Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow up.
• Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning work with company objectives.
• Adhere to Lids brand standards including dress code and inventory security.
