Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Train staff, conduct evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Communicate expectations, safety and company policies regularly.
• Open/close store as scheduled; maintain security and cash control.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory turns and shrink.
• Order stock to meet in-stock targets and manage replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to standards and pricing.
• Maintain accurate inventory and controls for damages and markdowns.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and a clean store environment.
