Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Enfield, CT to hire, train and guide store associates, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to brand standards.

The role focuses on developing plans to hit KPIs and financial targets through analysis, communication and accountability, with responsibility for operations when the Store Manager is not present.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, developing and leading store associates.
• Ensure optimal customer experiences and brand standards.
• Drive KPIs and financial targets via analysis and action plans.
• Support omnichannel initiatives and store operations.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
