Job summary

Sunglass Hut in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager II to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coaching, merchandising, and talent acquisition while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will spend most time on the sales floor, develop associates, maintain brand standards, stay current on products, and communicate promotions clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute store operations.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the store's operational components.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth and development while creating an inspirational and motivating work environment.
• Acquires talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintains brand standards and store merchandising, including updates or changes.
• Keeps product knowledge up to date using learning tools to stay current on new products.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures and communicates brand promotions clearly.
