You’ll recruit and onboard talent, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the Store/Multi Store Manager to meet objectives. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and delivering a premier in-store experience, with a strong focus on customer care and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Uses company tools to deliver sales plan and develop associates.
• Coaches associates to grow and perform at high standards.
• Recruits and interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Spends a majority of time on the sales floor.
• Maintains customer relationships and brand standards.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and communicated clearly to the team.
