Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, and customer service excellence. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will supervise employees, conduct performance evaluations, and work to maintain a safe, well-organized, and customer-focused store environment. Prior retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
