Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations (percentages, totals, etc.).
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is staffed.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, identify gaps and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Manage inventory and ordering to meet in-stock targets; review weekly plans.
