Starting Pay:
As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for:
·Leading your teamto achieve store goals in repair volume,sales, speed, and profit.
·Coaching and motivatingyour team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptionalcustomer service.
·Ensuring a positive customer experienceby solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.
·Maintainingstore operations, includinginventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Bring:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
· 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training
· 2+ years ofcustomer serviceexperience
· Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, especially Excel
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
· Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
