YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, and you excel at making strategic decisions to drive your business. You consistently deliver operational excellence, ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, you bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

  • Driving Results: Maximize store productivity, build guest loyalty, and manage your business plan to meet KPIs.
  • Business Innovation: Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time decisions to achieve financial goals.
  • People Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, and promote internal growth opportunities.
  • Teamwork: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and recognition.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain visual and merchandising standards, manage Floorsets, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  • Workforce Management: Create effective schedules based on traffic and sales data, optimize payroll, and leverage top talent.
  • Integrity: Uphold company policies, ensure compliance, and make fair decisions.
