Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Starkville, MS to support daily store operations and lead a team toward sales goals. You will work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, onboarding, training, and ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.
