Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily performance, inspire a team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, and implementing sales strategies to boost profitability across Skechers stores. The role offers a starting rate of $17.91 per hour with a range up to $19.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, delivering results and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and restocking processes.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
