Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team and lead a team toward strong daily performance. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and store operations while driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $19.70 with a range of $19.70–$20.90, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within Skechers’ global network. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership or guest services is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and interpersonal contexts.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restocking processes.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and customer concerns.
