Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive daily store performance, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage inventory, optimize visual merchandising, and execute sales initiatives to boost store profitability.

Starting pay ranges from $16.96 to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for regular pay increases and discounts on Skechers products. Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays is required; prior leadership in retail or hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, restock, and organize the sales floor.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and customer concerns.
