Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily performance, lead a team, and ensure seamless customer service. You’ll manage inventory, enhance visual merchandising, and execute sales strategies to improve profitability. This on-site role requires weekend/evening flexibility and a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure product displays meet Skechers' style standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock efficiently.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and customer concerns promptly.
