Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in our Westgate, SC store.

You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage daily store activities, including opening/closing routines and omni-channel fulfillment. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, fashion knowledge, and the ability to coach a team while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and a passion for fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.

• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.
