Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development in our Marquez, TX location. You will assist with merchandising, open/close procedures, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail/store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Help supervise and train Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
