Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Port Saint Lucie, FL to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and help maintain clean, well-stocked shelves.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and leadership to supervise and develop store associates while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and resolve questions with a positive attitude.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and maintain store operations records.
• Maintain fixtures, displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, handling damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized.
• Protect assets and store cash.
