Family Dollar in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with opening and closing, inventory, merchandising, payroll and loss prevention while ensuring a safe, friendly environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; able to read and explain directives.
• Previous store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications for store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, damaged goods, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized.
• Protect and secure company assets including cash.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures with staff.
• Help Store Manager train and develop store associates.
• Foster positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
