Job summary

SunCom is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to drive sales of handsets, plans, and accessories in person. You must be at least 18, available 4 days per week, and able to stand for long periods while upholding store standards and policies.

Preferred Spanish language skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced in-store environment. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and improve key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow company policies and complete required trainings.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Safeguard assets and follow cash procedures.
