Job summary

Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to work in person, helping customers with handsets, rate plans, features and accessories while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

You will follow company policies, complete required training, and support store operations including cash handling and inventory checks. Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) will be valued in this fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Model best practices to help new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all store policies and paperwork procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory controls.
• Record time and attendance accurately in the system.
