Job summary

You will report to the Store Manager, lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and help recruit, train, and retain talent while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and values in daily work.
• Ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Mentor trainee associates and manage inventory, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing and retention.
• Oversee cash-handling and adherence to SOPs for a safe environment.
• Communicate feedback to Store Manager to improve merchandising.
