United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to support daily store operations and cover Store Manager duties when needed. You will guide staff, ensure safety and customer focus, and help customers with purchases.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Proof of work authorization in the United States required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Physical ability to lift at least 20 lbs and stand/walk 8 hours.
• Willing to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Occasional outdoor work and ladder access may be required.
