Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Bellevue Square to lead a high-energy team and deliver top-tier customer experiences. This full-time role focuses on sales leadership, inventory coordination, training, and maintaining Vuori’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires flexibility for morning/evening shifts, weekends, and active movement throughout the store, with an emphasis on teamwork and a proactive, energetic approach to customer

Formación

• Minimum availability for 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, reliability and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Create unforgettable customer experiences.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details and upcoming events.
• Be knowledgeable about what's new and what's selling well, and share with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations in the Store Manager's absence and motivate the sales team to hit goals.
• Support inventory management and communicate replenishment needs to drive business outcomes.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure store standards are met.
