Job summary

Crocs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kentucky to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth execution, manage stock, pricing, and promotions, and act as a brand ambassador knowledgeable about product collaborations.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS management, stock room management, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness.
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and compliance.
• Model best practices and partner with Store Management to drive sales performance and KPIs.
