• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive loyalty.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach performance, and maintain relations.
• Operations: ensure processes, inventory, omni-channel, payroll, scheduling and procedures are followed.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets; follow policies.
