Hammer Made in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional on-floor experience for customers.

The role focuses on coaching a sales team, achieving monthly sales goals, promoting in-store events, and maintaining inventory, merchandising standards, and a professional image consistent with the Hammer Made brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent business experience.
• 1–3 years management experience preferred - retail apparel industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Office Suite.
• Proven ability to motivate sales force and drive results by fostering teamwork, empowerment and collaboration.

• Lead and coach stylists on the selling floor.
• Achieve monthly personal and store sales goals; drive business performance.
• Assist in promotion of in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
