Job summary

Hammer Made in Fargo, ND seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, driving sales to meet monthly goals and delivering a top-notch on-floor experience for customers.

You will coach and develop a team, assist with staffing, merchandising and inventory, and uphold brand standards while fostering teamwork and strong customer relationships in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1-3 years of management experience in retail apparel preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Office Suite.
• Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and sales strategies.
• Lead by example on the selling floor; coach and develop staff.
• Assist with staffing, promotions, visual merchandising and inventory.
• Ensure brand image and grooming standards are maintained.
• Maintain store transactions, daily log, and customer engagement.
