Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager II to join our leadership team. You will oversee daily store operations, coach frontline associates, drive sales, and ensure merchandising and customer experience excellence.

This role spends most of the day on the sales floor, uses company tools to track performance, recruits talent, and maintains brand standards. A high school diploma and 1+ years of experience are required; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations or retail supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store policies.

• Oversee daily store functions in partnership with the Store Manager.
