Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth.

You will coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold merchandising standards, manage inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve targets. This role requires flexibility and leadership, with the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.
