Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rapid City, SD. You will act as manager on duty, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while meeting sales goals. The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive store performance, manage cash handling, and coordinate with leadership to maintain inventory and visual standards. The position offers growth and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and customer service excellence.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and urgent requests.
• Ensure every customer is offered the opportunity to participate in Lids membership programs or special in-store offers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual guidelines and dress code.
• Open and close the store as required following the Operations P&P Manual.
