Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Supervises Associates and opens/closes the store as Manager on Duty.
• Executes Company Best Practices and store procedures.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end operations and cash handling.
• Manages payroll administration and scheduling as assigned by Store Manager.
