Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in managing retail apparel store operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, secure cash, and complete required procedures.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive sales.
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, sizing, and styling.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Support and guide associates to ensure strong team performance and customer service.
• Collaborate with management to execute daily store operations and priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with receiving shipments.
