Job summary

GOAT USA is seeking a Retail Store Keyholder for our Annapolis Mall location in Annapolis, MD. The role emphasizes leadership, in-store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will open/close the store, assist customers, train staff, and uphold brand standards while supporting sales and inventory tasks. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail leadership, excellent communication, organization, and a team-first approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience in managing retail apparel store operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging customer experience while representing the GOAT USA brand.
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, sizing, and styling.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Support and guide associates to ensure strong team performance and customer service.
• Collaborate with management to execute daily store operations and priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Greet customers and provide consistent support throughout their shopping experience.
• Fulfill online and in-store pickup orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and maintaining accuracy.
