Job summary

GOAT USA is seeking a Retail Store Keyholder in Danbury, CT. This part-time leadership role focuses on opening/closing, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced store.

You will mentor staff, ensure product availability, and deliver top-notch customer service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include executing daily operations, staying knowledgeable about promotions, and handling transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging customer experience while representing the GOAT USA brand.
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, sizing, and styling.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Support and guide associates to ensure strong team performance and customer service.
• Collaborate with management to execute daily store operations and priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Greet customers and provide consistent support throughout their shopping experience.
• Fulfill online and in-store pickup orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and maintaining accuracy.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with receiving shipments.
• Execute and maintain merchandise displays in line with brand standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including securing cash, locking/unlocking, and completing required procedures.
