Job summary

Goodwill Omaha is seeking a Retail Store Generalist for the Bellevue store in Bellevue, NE. This part-time role involves working on the sales floor and production area, providing friendly customer service, and supporting cashier duties.

You will join an inclusive team, participate in onboarding, and have opportunities to learn multiple store areas with flexible shifts and a pathway to growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Computer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform all Cashier and Production Associate functions in the retail store.
• Provide back-up support in all areas for vacations/staff shortages.
• Provide excellent service to customers, donors, fellow associates and participants.
• May act as key holder if required.
• Participate in the new hire onboarding process as necessary.
• Make decisions on product quality and price items accordingly; researching value as necessary.
• Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position.
