Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team in Alabama, translating brand vision into in-store reality.

You will drive profitable sales growth through Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will analyze results, forecast and schedule, manage the store budget, build productive teams, coach performance, implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and promote community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and makes decisions to drive KPIs.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
