Job summary

Marshalls in USA Marshalls Store 0294 Waco TX is hiring for a store associate focused on maintaining a clean, safe store environment and delivering quality customer service. You will operate floor care equipment, assist across multiple store areas, and uphold health, safety, and merchandising standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows.
• Follow health and safety policies; support coverage across store areas as needed.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to support business needs.
• Adhere to merchandising and signage standards and store recovery processes.
