Job summary

Marshalls in Waco, TX is seeking a Store Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

You will support store readiness and loss prevention standards. You should have excellent customer service, be flexible, organized, able to multi-task, physically able to lift heavy objects, and communicate effectively with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Maintain store cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms and Associate areas.
• Follow health and safety policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Adapt to cross-training in other store areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
