Job summary

Michaels LA Crosse store is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment and assist customers throughout the store. You will perform cleaning tasks, help customers locate items, and support stock and checkout operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes and stock movement, including stocking and planograms.
• Follow SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
